Below are some of our commonly asked questions.

All orders are shipped within 12-36 hours from our warehouse in Bellingham WA.  Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.

Return Policy

We build gear to be lived in, worn hard, and aged well. That said, sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how we handle it:

Hats, Bags, Stickers, 3D Models

These are final sale and not returnable.
Why? Fit, finish, and handling on these are highly individual, and many are limited or specialty items (especially 3D models), which aligns with how special-order or unique items are often treated as non-returnable.
Unless we screwed something up (wrong item, damaged in transit) — in that
case, email us and we’ll make it right.

apparel

Because our shirts are hand-screened, each one is unique and designed to age gracefully over time.

HalfSalt apparel is eligible for return if it is:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unwashed and unworn (try it on for size, don’t live in it for a weekend)
- In original condition and, ideally, original packaging


HalfSalt apparel is not eligible for return if:
- Is washed, worn, or obviously lived-in
- You just changed your mind after breaking it in
